School’s out for the summer, and I could not be happier. My summer vacation has officially started and will last until the end of July. Since COVID restrictions have lessened, summer break this year will look remarkably different than last year. Therefore, I have created a Summer Fun List for the next two months.

I have listed the highlights of my summer plans. However, I am definitely open to other activities that may crop up throughout the summer, such as visiting the beautiful animals at the Audubon Zoo, working on my tan at the beach, or taking a road trip to Bainbridge, Georgia to see my Uncle Robert and Aunt Mary’s new home. In addition to my fun list, I will also be chipping away at a few of the items on my 21 for 2021 list. What will your summer look like this year, dear reader? Hopefully, it will include some fun and relaxing activities. Happiness!

“In the summer, the days were long, stretching into each other. Out of school, everything was on pause and yet happening at the same time, this collection of weeks when anything was possible.” ~ Sarah Dessen
